Here’s your chance to get included in the popular Horror News Radio segment STUMP THE SAINT! Each week on the podcast, one to three questions will be read live to the show’s co-host The Black Saint (Santos Ellin Jr.). The questions will be based on your suggestions. Segment host Thomas Mariani is determined to stump the Saint with your help. He needs your favorites horror films to craft his deviously tricky Stump the Saint questions and get the chance to be entered in a monthly raffle for a free HNR T-Shirt!
All you have to do is:
- Start following the HNR Facebook group, Facebook page and Twitter account or even Thomas’s own twitter!
- Look for when we’ll bring out the call for a favorite horror film in some category (ie “Favorite Horror Comedy”)!
- Respond either in the comments of the FB post or in a separate tweet with your answer and the hashtag “#StumpTheSaint” in order to be entered in the T-Shirt giveaway! Important reminder; the giveaway is open to US addresses only!
- Thomas will take your suggestions, craft questions around three of them and read those aloud (along with the names of those who submitted those suggestions)! It’s that simple!
Who is The Black Saint and why is he a trivia master? Santos Ellin Jr., Horror News Radio co-host, is a writer (lead theatrical reviewer) for HorrorNews.Net and a contributor to Fangoria magazine. He is a long time fan of horror films, catching many classic — and not-so-classic — horror films in the theaters from the Sixties onward. He is also a judge at the New York Horror Film Festival and the Macabre Faire Film Festival. He never gets these questions in advance, always having to come up with the answers on the air to varied and hilarious results! So join in on the fun!
